| Carvahall
Eragon grew up with his uncle and, cousin here after his mother left him with her brother. It is a small earthy village situated at the bottom of the Igualda Fallas which are half a mile or so high, it is far north and rarely recieves visitors apart from the traders who come once a year in the autumn.

| The Spine
the spine is an untamed wild mountain range that runs down most of the empire. Many people fear the spine for the danger it represents, very few people go in and rarely do they return. The hunting is good here however because of the large groups of deer that wonder around. Eragon found Saphira's egg here.

A small farming village, Yazuac was destroyed becuase the King suspected they were assisting the rebel group 'The Varden'.

| Teirm
Teirm is a beautiful city situated by the ocaean. it is a bustling town and is busy because of the port whic brings much trade, and merchadise from the nearby islands not to mention the rest of Alagaesia. a huge wall surrounds Teirm which is 100 feet tall and 30 feet thick, that had to build this due to repeate attacks by urgals and pirates.

This is the capital of Alagaesia, it is inhabited by empire soldiers so if you are of the varden, I would suggest you don not venture here.Members of the empires soldiers also brought her to see if the remaining dragon egg will hatch for them. Galbatorix resides and rules here along with his dragon.

| Helgrind
Helgrind in an unusual formation, it it ahuge jagged moutain that sticks up from the ground in the middle of a flat plain. It is largely inhabited by the kings soldiers and agents. Also an unusual religion rears it's ugly head up here. It is a place of torture and death, varden beware.

| Du Weldenvarden (1 sub-board)
The huge forest That surrounds the elven city of Ellesmera. The elves are truely at home here. it is large and sue to a spell you cannot fly in you must enter on foot. Empire beware, for you are not welcome here..

| The Varden's Camp
This is where the varden are, the have set up a camp near the burning plains. This is the center of all varden activity and there are often attacks from the empire. The varden also launch attacks on the nearby railway line for the food that travels across alagaesia, howevr it is closely guarded by the empire.

| The Burning Plains
A great war between the empire and the varden took place here. Now it is just an un-used field which is bear from the fighting that took place here. The grass is slowly growing back though. This is where eragon found out he was not alone and that Murtagh was now a rider astride his mighty red dragon Thorn.

| Hadrac Desert
The burbing plains of the sandy desert, Little if any life here, Vastly unexplored so there could be a dragon egg or two lying around you never know!

| Beor mountains
A huge mountain range in the south of Alagasia, it is large and much of it has never been explored. The mountains are huge they simply dwarf those of the spine.

| Farthen-dur (1 sub-board)
Farthen-dur is in just the same as any of the other mountains in the Beor mountains on the outside. the inside however is completely hollow and inside it the drawves built their largest most magnificent city tronjheim.
