Strange Days at Ichiraku Ramen
As I walked down the street with Naruto and Sakura, I asked them where we were going. All they said was that we were getting something to eat, and I had no clue to why we were going to get food at 10:00 in the morning.
When we walked around the corner, I noticed that there was a ramen shop ahead. Of course! They were dragging me to a ramen shop. Just what I needed, ramen for breakfast. Naruto lead the way inside, where a delicious smell was coming from.
“Ichiraku ramen is the best!” Naruto says when the owner walks up to take our orders.
“Sorry Naruto. The ramen isn’t ready yet. I still need to make the noodles, and at the same time, come up with a new style of ramen. I think that something with seafood would be a good idea.” The owner says.
“Sure thing! We can help. Right guys?” Naruto says before we can answer. “Anyways, Sakura and I already know how to make the noodles. This will be a breeze.”
“Thanks Naruto. Now, Sakura and Naruto, you start making the noodles and you,” the owner says pointing to me, “are going to help me make the new ramen.”
As Naruto and Sakura walk over to do the noodles, I follow the owner into another room. He then shows me how to make the ramen perfect.
“The only problem I have with this new recipe is that I don’t have enough seafood to supply a load of hungry people with. So, I want you to the closest fish vendor and get as much fish as you can there. When you get back, I’ll start the creation of Ichiraku’s newest dish!” the owner says with a fist pump at the end.
“Alright, I’ll go find some fish for you.” I say reluctantly while walking out onto the street.
Within two hours, I had gone all over the Leaf village and collected as much fish as I could. Hopefully, the owner would be happy with my choices. As I got closer to the shop, I noticed two familiar faces heading towards me. It was Itachi and Kisame.
“Great. Now I have to try and get rid of a loser emo person and a half shark thing. This is going to be fun.” I say to myself.
Luckily, they walked by me without a word. Maybe they won’t follow me to the shop. I think to myself. Just maybe they won’t.
Then I hear Kisame turn around and sniff the air.
“Hey Itachi. I smell fish and ramen. Can we go get some?” Kisame asks emo Itachi.
“Sure, I don’t care. I haven’t had ramen in a long time.” he replies back.
I break into a run so that the seafood ramen would be done before Kisame got there. I had seen Kisame get hungry before. Let’s just say it isn’t pretty. Running back into the shop, I warn everyone about the new guests that would be arriving soon. Naruto wanted to fight them, but I told him that the Hokage could take care of them. We quickly finished the ramen and Naruto and Sakura hid behind the counter. I stayed with the owner, waiting for them to arrive. Within minutes, they pushed aside the curtains and entered.
“I’ll take the seafood ramen!” Kisame says right as he sits down. “And hurry up too. I don’t have all day to eat.”
“I’ll take the plain ramen.” Itachi says right when Kisame finishes his speech. “And make it fast too.”
Two minutes later, the Akutski had their ramen and were digging in. By the time they were leaving, Kisame had eaten 15 bowls and Itachi had 4. While walking out the door, Kisame turns around.
“That was pretty good. I think I’ll come back some time.” he says as he turns back around and leaves.
“That was too close.” Sakura says when she gets up. “And now I’m hungry. I think I’ll have the seafood ramen too.”
“Us too.” I say at the same time as Naruto.
Sitting down at the counter, we were finally able to have the ramen that we slaved over for three hours.
